Photo Shoot Controversy
Allegations of misconduct have surfaced after Lucy Pyre’s swimsuit cover debut. A class action has been filed on behalf of several thousand aggrieved demonites. The filers of the suit; Heckmen, Heck Man, and Heck, say the demonite pictured in one of the images was sexually harassed, and their clients were denied equal opportunity to be sexually harassed by the Impress.
The Impyre legal team was contacted for rebuttal and sent the following.
“It is true that Lucy has, on multiple occassions, reserved the exclusive right to harass demonites in this manner. This doesn’t confer a reciprocal right or claim to equal application of this harassment. Further more we can produce model release forms showing this specific demonite was aware of the details of the shoot and was not harassed, making any such reciprocal claim void were it to exist in the first place, and the clients of Heckmen, Heck Man, and Heck, by their admission consent to such treatment and therefore would not be entitled to it.”
ONN was further contacted and told that our broadcast license would be revoked if we did not falsely disparage the firm as grifters.
